




On-ice portion (10 sessions)
● 2 x 60-minute sessions per day
● Power Edge Pro
● Full ice scrimmage during Friday’s second ice time
● Min. 3 instructors on ice at all times
Off-ice portion
● 1 x 60-minute session per day
● Phase 3 focus (speed + conditioning + mobility)
● 2 trainers at all times
● Continuation of summer training for those in “The Standard I.”
● 10 hours on the ice
● Power Edge Pro On-Ice Training
● 5 hours of precise off-ice training
● Jersey, socks, t-shirt
