On-ice portion (10 sessions)

Off-ice portion

● Phase 3 focus (speed + conditioning + mobility)
● 2 trainers at all times
● Continuation of summer training for those in "The Standard II."
● 10 hours on the ice
● Power Edge Pro On-Ice Training
● 5 hours of precise off-ice training
● Jersey, socks, t-shirt
